Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why is Riverside Insights discontinuing Riverside Elevate?
    • The transition of CogAT online from Elevate to DataManager for testing is the first step toward bringing you an improved, fully robust platform going forward. We are focused on delivering high quality services like contemporary rostering processes and best-in-class online testing features; now we will be able to do so more quickly and with a stronger, more efficient technology base.
    • We’ve been receiving great feedback on Elevate online testing and continued keen interest in new rostering capabilities, so to start, over the next 12 months we will be working on integrating the Elevate style of proctoring/student testing and more rostering options directly into DataManager. This approach enables us to also bring you an updated user interface, new content programs, and additional features much quicker.
