Return Policy

Policy Terms: Online Licenses for CogAT, Iowa Assessments, Logramos, Woodcock Johnson V (WJ V), Iowa Algebra Aptitude Test (IAAT), and Gates-MacGinitie Reading Test (GMRT)

• The purchase of online/digital licenses for CogAT, Iowa Assessments, Logramos and WJ V is non-refundable and non-returnable

Policy Terms: Paper Products

• Prior authorization is required for all returns
• The return period is 60 days from the invoice date
• Only unopened items / packages can be returned
• Please complete our Return Material Authorization Form for return requests, a response will be emailed in 1-3 business days with the Return Material Authorization (RMA) provided
• Once the return is received with the RMA documentation at our warehouse, it will be reviewed/approved and applied to the original invoice / payment method / account. Application of the credit can take approximately 1-2 weeks from the date the return is received at our warehouse. Use a shipping carrier (with tracking) of your choice to ensure your package arrives to our warehouse safely.
  • Replacement or exchange will be a new purchase for which applicable credit(s) can be applied once new order is invoiced
