Return Policy

Policy Terms: Online Licenses for CogAT, Iowa, and Logramos

• The purchase of online licenses for CogAT, Iowa Assessments, and Logramos is non-refundable and non-returnable

Policy Terms: Paper Products

• Prior authorization is required for all returns or exchanges
• The return or exchange period is 60 days from the invoice date
• Only unopened items / packages can be returned or exchanged
• Please complete our Return Material Authorization / Replacement Form for returns

• Replacement will be a new purchase for which applicable credit(s) can be applied once invoiced

• Once the return is received with the appropriate documentation at our warehouse (less shipping service fee) will be reviewed/approved and applied to the original invoice / payment method / account. Application of the credit can take approximately 1-2 weeks from the date the return is received at our warehouse
