How To Sign Up For A Riverside Insights Purchasing Account?

Creating a purchasing account with Riverside Insights allows you to browse products, place orders, and access live tracking through the Digital Storefront

Follow these steps to create an account on the Riverside Insights ecommerce website.

  1. Go to the Riverside Insights ecommerce website 
  2. Select Login.
  3. Select Register a new account today. 
  4. Complete the required sign-in information:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address
    • Password
    • Category
    • Education
    • Major field of study
  5. Select Next step. 
  6. Enter the billing information:
    • Company or school name
    • Invoice email address
    • Billing address
    • Shipping address
  7. If the billing and shipping addresses are different, clear the Billing and Shipping Addresses are the same checkbox. Then enter the separate shipping address. 
  8. Select Next step.
  9. If an address suggestion appears, review it and select Yes, use Standardized Address if the suggested address is correct. 
  10. Select Next step.
  11. Choose the products of interest. Product selections are optional. To select all products in a category, select Select all under the appropriate category.
  12. Select Show more to view additional clinical products.
  13. When finished, select Skip/Next. 
  14. On the final step, optionally select I would like to receive news and special offers from Riverside Insights.
  15. Select the required checkbox confirming agreement with Riverside Insights’ Evidence of Acceptance of the responsibility for sound use of test.
  16. Select the required checkbox confirming agreement with Riverside Insights’ Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Terms & Conditions. The linked policies can be opened and reviewed before continuing. 
  17. Select Create account. 
  18. If the account is created successfully, a confirmation screen appears. If there is an error, review the message, correct the identified field, and submit the form again.
  19. Select Go Shopping! to begin browsing products.
