Riverside Insights Return Policy

If you need to return unopened materials to Riverside Insights, follow the steps below and use the Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. Returns must follow our official return policy and process.

✅ Steps to Return an Order

1. Review the Return Policy

  • Visit the Riverside Insights Returns Page to read our full Return Policy.

  • Make sure your return meets the conditions outlined (e.g., within the return window, unused materials, etc.).

2. Complete the Return Material Authorization (RMA) Form

  • Click Return Material Authorization Form and complete the form.

  • Provide all requested information, including:

    • Order number

    • Item details

    • Reason for return

3. Submit the RMA Form

  • Follow the submission instructions listed on the form.

  • Wait for approval and further directions before sending materials back.

4. Ship the Approved Return

  • Once your RMA is approved, package the materials securely.

  • Ship them to the address provided in your RMA instructions.
