Why is my student seeing a different name when they log in to take a test?
The following could be reasons why a student is seeing a different name:
- Student entered an incorrect ID when logging in
- Student is rostered under a different ID
- ID has been reused within the district
Troubleshoot the issue with one or more of the following steps:
- Make sure the student has the correct Student ID and is entering it correctly.
- Use the option to Print Test Tickets and hand them out to the students. This ensures they are entering the same information each time to log in.
- Using Student Lookup to verify the correct ID for the student
- Administrators can go to Administration > Manage Students > Search/Edit Student to search for a student to find their correct ID
