View a test assignment

Data Package: Online Testing

Role: Account Holder, Administrator, or Teacher

To view a test assignment:

1. Access the Test Assignment Overview Page using one of the following paths.

Open the Test Events Overview page and search for the test event associated with the assignment you want to view. See Find a test event.

2. Access the Test Assignment Overview page. You can do this from any page on the platform. Below are some common ways.

From any page, click the Assessments menu, then Test Assignments.

Click the Assessments menu, then Test Assignments from the drop-down

OR: From the Test Events Overview page, click Assign under Actions in the row of the test event.

From the Test Events Overview page, click Assign

OR, to edit or confirm details for a test event first:

1. Click the Assessments menu, then Test Events from the sub-menu.
2. From the Test Events Overview page, click the name of the test event or the Manage link under Actions.
  
  The Test Event details page opens.
3. Click the Edit button on the Test Event page, make any changes to the test event, then click the Assign button.
  
  The Test Assignment Overview page opens.

2. If the default test event does not display the test assignment you are looking for, click the TEST EVENT field and select the correct test event from the drop-down list.

3. Click Manage in the row of the test assignment you want to view.

The Test Assignment details page opens. The page contains general information about the test assignment as a whole, individual entries for students who are signed up to take the test, and links to related actions you can perform to view and organize the test assignment.
