I clicked "Continue Testing All" and am not seeing my new session. Where is it?
This occurs when they are too many tabs open in DataManager and the limit has been reached.
DataManager has a limit of 5 tabs being open at one time in a proctor's view.
When you click "Continue Testing All" and there is no room for the tab to open, the linked session is created but the tab will not automatically open. Having too many tabs open can be a result of forgetting to close previously used test sessions or testing multiple grades at one time.
To find your missing test session, follow these steps:
- Close all your open test sessions not in use using the red box with the white X.
- Locate your "Manage" tab to view the list of Created Sessions
- Look for a session using the naming convention of your original session with the Link # your students should be on and begin the session.
