Multiple users have reported issues with the Lightspeed Systems "cloud" based web filter called Relay.
To alleviate the issue you must first be able to log into your router. Navigate to Global > Settings > General. At the very bottom select - "Exclude from Decryption"
You can also add our URLs as "address objects" in your content filters, and which allows devices through.
