Export test activity detail
You can export a report that shows detailed activity for any of your assessments. This topic shows you how.
Data Package: Online Testing
Role: Account Holder
Note: See About DataManager Account Administration for detailed information about license balances, usages, deposits, and withdrawals.
To export test activity detail:
1. Sign in to your DataManager account with your Account Holder username and password.
2. From the Administration menu, select Manage Testing Activity.
- If your institution is testing online only, a table displays account information, including the balance of licenses remaining in your account, positive or negative, and links to managing notifications and exporting detailed test activity.
- If your institution uses OMR only, a similar table shows the assessment name, administration balance (scans), and links to export detailed test activity.
- If you are using both online testing and OMR modes of administration (see below), both tables appear.
3. Locate the assessment for which you want to export test activity detail and click Export Test Activity Detail in its row.
Date specification fields appear at the top of the Export Test Activity Detail page.
4. In the From box, type or use the drop-down calendar to enter the start date for the report range.
Note: If your purpose is to confirm your actual license balance, enter the From date as the first date you began testing with Riverside Insights®. Leave the To box as the default (today's date).
5. In the To box, type or use the calendar to enter the end date for the report range.
6. Click Export, and follow your browser's prompts to open or save the file.
The file is formatted as comma-separated values (.csv), which can be opened in a spreadsheet program, such as Microsoft Excel®.
It displays test activity information for assessments, including:
- Test group, event name, level, and the number of licenses withdrawn, reused, or deposited
- The balance of licenses
- Mode of administration
- Name of your organization
- Location
- Administration activity
See About Your DataManager Account for information about license balances, usages, deposits, and withdrawals.
