Role: Account Holder or Administrator
You can export a list of staff users that includes the following data for each user:
- Location (School/Building, School/Building Code, Class, Grade, Code
- Identification information (First, Last, and Middle Name; Gender, E-Mail Address
- User Role (A=Administrator, T=Teacher, P=Proctor, D=Digital Resource Access, R=Digital Resource and Reporting Access
- Active User (Yes or No)
The list is created in CSV format and can be opened using Microsoft® Excel® or a text editor.
To export a list of staff users:
1. Sign in to your DataManager account with your Admin or Account Holder user name and password.
2. From the top navigation bar (of any page), select Administration > Manage Staff.
The Manage Staff page opens.
3. Click Export Staff Users. Your browser prompts you to save or open the file.
4. Follow your browser's prompts to open or save the file.
When you open the file, the export contains field labels in the top row and data in the subsequent rows. (See the sample below.)
