ACSI: Score reports availability

Are my score reports available for viewing and downloading?

If you have Data Manager credentials and the role permits you to view reports, you should be able to log in and to check the status. No web keys need to be added.

If you have a Digital Resource role the school coordinator should be able to add web keys for you and you should be able to view reports.

For Online testing - Under normal circumstances reports are available withing 24 to 48 hours after all parts of a subtest are completed. For example, all 3 subtests of a Cogat Battery need to be completed for Cogat score to show. Both part 1 and 2 of Math or Read must be completed for those scores to show.

For Paper Pencil reporting – Once you have shipped your scoring using Riverside generated UPS labels please allow up to 15 days for scores to appear in DataManager. Once your scorable material is received at the scoring center we typically turn it around in 10-12 days if there is no issue found with the testing and the scorable packaging is as per instruction in the Test coordinator manual

If after 15 days, if you still do not see scores please reach out to ACSI care team and they will open a ticket with Riverside to investigate the missing scores.
