Access reports for users with a DataManager account

 

Data Package: Online Testing or DataPlus

Role: Account Holder, Administrator, Teacher, or Digital Resources & Reporting Access

 

Users with existing DataManager accounts can sign in and add Reporting Keys for accessing test results and running reports.

Before you begin, locate the email that contains the new Reporting Key(s).

Important: If you did not receive an email message with a Reporting Key, check your blocked and/or spam email folders for a message from your Account Holder or from DataManager (no-reply@dm.riverside-insights.com). If you find it, add the email address to your list of safe senders. (Contact your IT specialist if you have not done this before or if you still cannot find the email containing the Reporting Key.)

 

To access reports if you have an existing DataManager account:

 

1.  Sign in to DataManager with your username and password.

Hint: Your username is usually your email address.

The DataManager Overview page opens.

 

2.  Click the Reports menu. The Reports Center page opens to the Create a Report tab.

 

3.  To run a report for a previously entered Reporting Key, see your options in the DataManager Reporting Help.

 

4.    To enter a new Reporting Key, click the Add Reporting Key button at the top right of the page.

5.    In the REPORTING KEY field, type the new Reporting Key. (Hint: The Reporting Key is listed in the What's a DataManager Reporting Key? section of the email you should have received.)

 

6.    Click Add. The Reporting Key is entered into your account and saved there for future use.

 

7.    Repeat steps 4 - 6 for additional Reporting Keys.
