About Your DataManager Account

Account Holders can manage test administration licenses, run testing activity reports, set notifications for impending limits, and view current license information to determine when to purchase or renew subscriptions.

 

IMPORTANT: The features, actions, and links related to Manage Testing Activity and View Licenses are available to Account Holders only.

 

License Balances

Online testing licenses, shown as the License Balance column in the first table below, are purchased before testing. The number of those appear as credit balances until used.

Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) administrations, shows as the Administration Balance column in the second table on the page, reflect the balance of answer documents that have been scanned and scored after students have tested.

Test Activity

Online test activity appears on the exported Test Activity Detail spreadsheet as follows. For any date that a student tested:

  • Withdrawals (license deductions) occur per unique student according to the table below.
For ...when the first
Iowa Assessments, CogAT, and Logramos Scorable Subtest/battery is completed.
Iowa Assessments Single Subject (annual licenses only) Scorable test is completed.


  • Deposits occur whenever an institution purchases more licenses.
  • Balance equals deposits minus withdrawals. Subscription Usage does not impact the Balance.
