About Reports

DataManager provides reports that have been set up specifically for your account (based on your role, the products you use, and the tests you have administered). These reports contain default report options, which can be modified to address your requirements.

Note: The Add DataManager Reporting Key link from the DataManager platform allows some users to enter access codes ("Reporting Keys") to view reports for a specific group of students without giving them access to the entire suite of DataManager applications. Web Reporting Keys must be distributed by Account Holders, Super Admins, or Administrators. See Managing Web Reporting Keys.

Classic DataManager reports are available for all products from the Reports > Classic menu. Dashboard reports are available for CogAT reports. Two additional reports for the Iowa Assessments measure estimated and actual growth of students based on early school closures (ESC) in March of 2020 versus estimated growth for a typical school year (TSY). These Covid-19-based reports can be used to measure the success of remote learning programs, in-school distancing programs, and hybrid programs as the 2020-2021 school year progresses.
