Woodcock-Johnson V Subtest Subscription

Schools and districts pay for individual subtests on an annual basis, giving examiners the choice to select any subtest, from any battery, for the same price. Purchase as many or as few subtests as you like, based on your particular usage needs.

Subtests are purchased as “tokens” and can be used to administer subtests within any battery.

Subtests are $2.60 per subtest.

Discounts are applied based on order volume:

• 3% discount applied to orders of 500–999 subtests

• 6% discount applied to orders of 1,000+ subtests

Minimum purchase: 100 subtests

Access Fees

Access fees are based on district enrollment:

• Enrollment up to 2,000 students: $312

• Enrollment 2,000–10,000 students: $2,600

• Enrollment above 10,000 students: $10,400

Subscription Dates & Expiration

Activation

After finalizing your purchase, you will receive an activation email with a link to select your subscription start date.

• You must select a start date that falls within 60 days of purchase.

Expiration

• The selected start date activates the 12-month subscription period.

• Subtests expire at the end of the subscription period, except for subtests ordered within the last four months of the subscription period:

  • These subtests expire at the end of the next term (one year from the end date of the initial subscription period).

Subtest selection does not occur at checkout. At checkout, purchase the number of subtests you plan to use for the year. Once in Riverside Score, you will have the flexibility to select whichever subtests you need prior to evaluations.
