What Happens To Your BDI-3 Electronic Record Forms If You Cannot Renew Right Away?

You will not be able to commit additional records for that assessment. 

Additionally, the records committed using the unrenewed form will only be accessible for up to a year from the date the renewal expired. If you wish to retain the data, we recommend performing a Data Export.
