Unable to add examiner in Battelle Developmental Inventory 3

When adding an examiner to BDI-3™, you might see the error message: "email already in use." This usually happens if the examiner already has an account in another Riverside platform, such as WJIV.


🔧 Steps

  1. Attempt to add the examiner to BDI-3™ using their email address.

  2. If you receive the error "email already in use," stop the process.

  3. Confirm whether the examiner already has a WJIV account using that email.

  4. Create or provide a secondary email address for the examiner.

  5. Add the examiner to BDI-3™ using this new email.
