Logging into BDI-2 Web Application: Datamanager

Overview

Accessing the BDI-2™ DataManager is simple using any major web browser. This guide walks you through logging in, resetting your password, and getting help if you're unable to access your account.


Steps

  1. Open the Login Page

  2. Use a Supported Browser

    • You can access the site using updated versions of:

      • Google Chrome™

      • Mozilla Firefox®

      • Microsoft Edge

      • Apple Safari®

  3. Log In

    • Enter your Username and Password into the provided fields.

    • Click Log In to proceed.

  4. Forgot Your Password?

    • Click the "Forgot my password" link on the login page.

    • Enter your Username and the Email address associated with your account.

    • Click Send Password to receive a reset link via email.

  5. Need Help?

    • If you're unsure of your credentials, contact your local administrator.
