How do I access Riverside Score web scoring for the first time?

Welcome to Riverside Score! We are thrilled to have you join us. Follow these simple steps to access Riverside Score web scoring for the first time.

Look for Your Activation Email
- When your Account Holder or Administrator creates your account, we send you an activation email from riversidescore@clinical.riverside-insights.com.
- Activate your account within 24 hours of receiving this email.
Check Your Credentials
- If you’re a new user or first-time purchaser, we send your login credentials by email.
- You will receive this email about 5-7 business days after we receive your completed order form.
Sign In to Your Account
- After activating your account, we automatically sign you in the first time.
- To log in again, visit Riverside Score and enter your Username and Password.
Use the “Remember Me” Feature
- To save your login information, check the box next to “Remember Me” before signing in.
- The next time you open Riverside Score, your Username will be pre-filled. Depending on your browser settings, your Password may also be pre-filled.
