BDI-3: How Are The Dates and Examiner Names Handled When Merging?
Merging puts the dates from each specific subdomain in the record as it was tested, as well as the examiner's name for each respective subdomain. See example below:
Test Record 1 (with Self-Care completed on 06/15/2022)
Test Record 2 (Adult Interaction completed on 06/15/2022)
Merged Form (that shows both Self-Care and Adult Interaction data with date and examiner name from each form that was used in the merge)
