Do you need to speak Spanish to be a Bateria Evaluator?

Tests that comprise the Bateria IV™ are Spanish versions of the tests available in WJ IV™. 
The Test material for the Bateria IV™ is in Spanish, therefore it is recommended that the examiner have an intimate knowledge of the Spanish language.
