WJ IV WIIIP: Do Account Holders Count Against Tiered Licenses?

No, The Account Holder does not count in any tiered license purchase for the Woodcock-JohnsonIV Online Scoring. 

i.e. a Tier 1 license for Woodcock Interpretation and Instructional Interventions Program (WIIIP) includes 5 licenses to distribute amongst Examiners, plus 1 license automatically applied to the Account Holder.

Licenses assigned to the Account Holder cannot be transferred to other users.
