Why Can't An Inactive BDI-3 User Be Re-Activated?

This article applies to the Battelle Developmental Inventory, 3rd Edition (BDI-3)

Check your subscription and the number of active users. If the maximum number of users per subscription (3 users plus 1 Account Holder [AH]) already exists, an active user cannot be re-activated until one of the following is done:

  1. An active user is deactivated, freeing up a user license.
  2. Increase the number of users on the account by purchasing another subscription.
