Why Can't An Inactive Battelle Developmental Inventory, 3rd Edition (BDI-3) User Be Re-Activated?
Check the number of Access Keys purchased and the number of active users. If the Access Keys are all used (ex: 4 Access Keys = 3 users plus 1 Account Holder [AH]), a user cannot be re-activated until one of the following is done:
- An active user is deactivated, freeing up a user license.
- Increase the number of Access Key on the account by purchasing enough to cover all users.
