WJ IV: How to edit an existing assessment in Riverside Score

If you need to update an assessment after it has been created, Riverside Score™ allows you to edit saved and committed test records.

Steps to Edit an Assessment

  1. Locate the examinee by either:
    • Selecting them from My Recent Examinees on the dashboard, or
    • Using the Search feature to find the examinee.
  2. Click the examinee's first or last name to open the Examinee Information page.
  3. Under the Test/Checklists column, select the assessment you want to edit.
  4. Make the necessary changes to the assessment.
  5. Save your changes:
    • If the assessment is saved, click Save or Commit Test Record.
    • If the assessment has already been committed, click Commit Test Record to save your edits.

Note: Committed assessments can only be edited for 90 days after they are committed. The number of days remaining is displayed on the right side of the test record. Once a test has been committed, the Save button is no longer available, and any additional changes must be saved by clicking Commit Test Record.
