How Do I Log In to Riverside Learn?

Riverside Learn is Riverside Insights' training platform, where you complete self-paced learning modules, watch how-to videos, and access certificates for your product training. It is a separate system from Riverside Score, and your Riverside Score username and password will not work there. You need to register a Riverside Learn account using an enrollment key link before you can sign in.

Getting your enrollment key link

Enrollment key links are sent to the order contacts on your organization's account, not to each individual user. If you do not have a link, ask the person who placed your Riverside order, or your organization's training contact, to forward it to you. If you're not sure who to contact, email clinicaltraining@riversideinsights.com for assistance.

The link looks like RiversideInsightsClinical.myabsorb.com with an enrollment key attached. For Woodcock-Johnson V (WJ V), training access is included with your subscription at no additional cost. For all other Riverside Insights clinical products, training access is purchased per person and access expires one year after enrollment. 

Once you have the link

1. Open the enrollment key link and register. Create a new set of credentials — do not reuse your Riverside Score details.
2. You will receive a separate email with a password setup link. Check your spam or junk folder if it does not arrive.
3. Sign in at RiversideInsightsClinical.myabsorb.com.

If your password does not work

Use the Forgot Password option and enter the email address your training access is linked to. If you are told the enrollment key is not found, or you cannot get a reset email, contact Riverside Insights Customer Support.
