How Do I Get Riverside Learn Access for My Team or University Program?

Training access is distributed through your organization, not requested per person. Riverside Insights sends one enrollment link to the order contact on your account, and that contact shares it with the staff who need training.

For a school or district team

  1. Identify the order contact on your Riverside account. This is the person named when your order was placed.
  2. Ask them for the Riverside Learn enrollment link.
  3. Share that link with each staff member who needs training. Each person registers individually.

For Woodcock-Johnson V (WJ V), training access is included with your subscription at no additional cost. For all other Riverside Insights clinical products, the enrollment link works only for the number of training access keys your organization purchased, and access expires one year after enrollment. If you have more staff than keys, contact Riverside Insights Customer Support to discuss additional access.

If nobody at your organization can locate the enrollment link, contact Riverside Insights Customer Support to arrange a link you can distribute.

For university training programs

Professors and students access these products through the separate University Training Program (UTP), not through this standard enrollment process. See "What Is the University Training Program (UTP), and How Do I Apply?" for details.
