How Do I Get My Training Certificate from Riverside Insights?

 Certificates from Riverside Learn courses 

  • Sign in to Riverside Learn (see How Do I Log In to Riverside Learn? for support).

  • Select the menu icon in the top-left corner.

  • From the menu, select Transcript.

  • Scroll down to the Certificates section, then select Download next to a course to save a local copy of your certificate.

Can I get an official transcript or continuing education credit documentation?

Riverside Insights does not issue official transcripts from Riverside Learn and cannot send records directly to a third party, such as an HR department or a licensing body. The certificates you download from the platform are the only records available. If your employer requires proof for Continuing Education Unit (CEU) purposes, submit the downloaded certificate yourself.

Certificates from live webinars

Certificates from live webinars are only sent out to attendees who watch the webinar live. If you watched the webinar live, check your spam or junk folder for an email titled "Thank you for attending training," sent from CustomerCare@gotowebinar.com or ProfessionalLearning@RiversideInsights.com. If you still cannot find it, please send an email to: training@riversideinsights.com.
