Do notes transfer/save when record forms are merged?
This article applies to the Battelle Developmental Inventory, 3rd Edition (BDI-3). When record forms are merged, the notes from each record form are carried over. The notes on the final merged record form are comprehensive and should be separated/spaced appropriately. Please see the example below of two separate forms that were merged into one:
