BDI-3: Dates Cheat Sheet

A cheat sheet describing the Standard Operating Procedure for subscription dates with the new Battelle Developmental Inventory, 3rd Edition (BDI-3) Model. Includes when and how to prorate access keys and when the customer will gain access to the scoring platform.

BDI-3 Dates Cheat Sheet

Dates for New Customers/Renewals:

To get customers on a schedule from the 1st of the month through the last day of the month before (ex: 7/1/2022 - 6/30/2023) any Access Keys purchased in the prior month (in this case, June) will have the start date of the first of the next month, July 1st in this example, and end date of the last day of the month before, here June 30th.

Always 1 year minus 1 day.

These dates go with the Access Key line item in NetSuite. However, customers will have access to Riverside Score within about 2 business days.

For customers new to BDI-3 who are purchasing between the 27th and 31st, go out an additional month. DO NOT start the next 1st, start the following 1st, so a little over 1 month out.

Prorated Access Keys:

Access Keys are the only item prorated in the new model. The start date is the 1st of the following month. For example, if a customer purchases more Access Keys on 5/16/2022, the start date will be 6/1/2022. Their end date will stay the same as is currently on the platform. However, once again, they will receive access within 2 business days.
