 How Do I Log In To The WJ V Practice Portal?

Your Woodcock-Johnson V (WJ V) Practice Portal account is separate from your regular Riverside Score account, but you sign in to it at the same address: RiversideScore.com. Riverside Insights creates a dedicated practice username for you, so your everyday Riverside Score username and password will not work for the Practice Portal.

Signing in for the first time:

  1. Look for two emails from Riverside Insights. The first confirms your Practice Portal registration. The second contains your practice username and a link to set your password.
  2. Your practice username is generated for you and follows a set pattern based on your name, for example Firstname.LastnamePRACTICE####. It is not your email address.
  3. Go to RiversideScore.com and sign in with that practice username and the password you set.
  4. On the Riverside Score dashboard, select the WJ V tile to enter the platform.

Once you are in, you will see Dashboard, Test Sets, Examinees, Reports and Resources. Start with the Resources tab, which holds video tutorials and the WJ V manuals.

If your password does not work:

Use the Forgot Password link at RiversideScore.com/forgot and enter your practice username, not your email address. This is the most common cause of a failed Practice Portal sign-in, because the password reset flow will not find you by email.

If you still cannot sign in, contact Riverside Insights Customer Support and include your practice username.
