I Need to Score a Test and These Materials Were Given to Me from Another Site or Department. What Do I Do?
Overview
If you've received test materials from another site within your district or organization, you'll need access to that site's Riverside Score™ account to score the assessments. This ensures that scoring activity is properly tracked and that licenses are used within the correct site.
Steps
Confirm Where the Materials Came From
- Identify the site or department that provided the test materials.
Request Access to the Site's Riverside Score™ Account
- Contact a Site Administrator for the site that owns the materials.
- Request to be added to that site's Riverside Score™ location so you can score the assessments using their licenses.
Site Administrator Action Required
- The Site Administrator must add you as an Examiner to their site's account.
- Instructions for adding users can be found in the Riverside Online Help Center under "Add Examiners and Administrators."
Additional Notes
- ERFs and scoring licenses are tied to the site that owns them. You cannot score assessments under a different site's account unless you have been granted access.
- Once you have been added, your scoring activity and license usage will be recorded under that site's account.
