Unable to share an examinee.
Overview
If you're trying to share an examinee in the Battelle Developmental Inventory™, Third Edition (BDI-3™), it's important to know that manual examinee sharing is not required. Access to examinees is determined by location-based permissions.
Steps
Understand Examinee Access in BDI-3™
- Examinees are associated with a specific location (such as a school, district, or site).
- Any user who has access to that location will automatically have access to the examinees assigned to it.
Verify User Access to the Location
- Confirm that the user who needs access is assigned to the same location as the examinee.
- If they are not assigned to the correct location, an administrator must update their user profile to include the appropriate location.
No Manual Sharing Required
- Unlike some other assessment platforms, BDI-3™ does not require you to manually share examinees with other users.
Additional Notes
- If an examinee is not visible to another user, verify that both the examinee and the user are assigned to the same location.
- If location permissions need to be updated, contact your system administrator or account administrator.
