Unable to reactivate users in BDI-3â„¢
Why Can't An Inactive BDI-3® User Be Re-Activated?
Check your subscription and the number of active users. If the maximum number of users per subscription (3 users + 1 AH) already exists, an active user may not be re-activated until one of the following is done:
- An active user is deactivated, freeing up a user license.
- Increase the number of users on the account by purchasing another subscription.
