Please note:

  • Test Record Forms are sold in packages of 25, and each package includes 25 ISRs.
  • ISRs are not sold separately from the Test Record Forms.
  • After your Test Records have shipped, it may take up to 48 hours for the associated scoring licenses to be added to your account.
