  • Test Record Forms are sold in packs of 25 and include 25 ISRs.

  • ISRs are used to score and generate reports through Riverside Score.

  • These licenses are not sold separately—they are bundled with the test records.

  • After your test records ship, it may take up to 48 hours for the ISRs to appear in your Riverside Score account.

If ISRs don’t appear after 48 hours, check your account or contact Customer Support for assistance.
