I attended training but I did not get an emailed certificate.

If you have attended a training but have not received your completion certificate, please see how to find it below

First, please check your SPAM/Junk folder for an email titled “Thank you for attending training” or an email from one of the following emails:

  •  CustomerCare@gotowebinar.com
  • ProfessionalLearning@RiversideInsights.com
If you are still unable to find the certificate, email us at training@riversideinsights.com and we will assist you in locating/obtaining your certificate.
