How to Reset a Password for Online Barcode Ordering

If you need to reset your password for the Online Barcode Ordering system, it’s quick and easy to do!

  1. Go to the main login page for the OBO system. Here’s the link for your reference.
  2. Click on the link ‘Forgot your Password’

  3. You will need to fill in your ‘User Name’ AND ‘Email Address’. 
Once complete, you will see a confirmation appear at the top of the screen and you will receive an email with a password reset link to the address that is associated with your account.
