How To Sign Up For A Riverside Insights Purchasing Account?

Creating a purchasing account with Riverside Insights allows you to browse products, place orders, and access live tracking through the Digital Storefront. New users may be required to complete a Test Purchaser Qualification (TPQ) Form for verification.

Steps to Sign Up:

  1. Go to RiversideInsights.com

  2. Click Sign In in the upper-right corner of the browser.

  3. In the Login Portal, select the Digital Storefront tab, then click Access Storefront.

  4. Under New Customer?, click Create Account.

  5. If you’ve previously purchased from Riverside Insights® by other means, you can check your eligibility:

    • Enter your email address in the field provided.

    • Click Check Eligibility to activate your account instantly if eligible.

  6. If eligibility verification fails after multiple attempts:

    • On the Check Eligibility page, click where it says click here to proceed with creating a new account.
