How to place an order

Placing an order online through Riverside Insights is quick and convenient. With an approved account, you can explore pricing, build a shopping cart, generate quotes, submit purchase orders, and pay with a credit card—24/7, without needing to call or email.

📌 Details

Create an Account:

  • Click “Sign In” at the top-right corner of the homepage.

  • Follow the prompts to create your account.

  • Note: New accounts require validation before placing your first order.

Search for Products:

  • Click the magnifying glass icon in the top-right corner.

  • Search by product name, description, or product code.

Complete Required Forms:

  • First-time purchasers must complete a Test Purchaser Qualification (TPQ) form.

  • Access the TPQ and additional order forms here.

  • Submit the TPQ along with your order form (if applicable) to avoid processing delays.

Checkout Options:

  • Upload a valid Purchase Order (PO)
    or

  • Pay using a credit card at checkout
