How to make changes to an order

Need to update an order you’ve already placed with Riverside? You can quickly connect with Customer Service to request changes by phone or chat.

Steps

1. Call Customer Service

   • Dial 800.323.9540 to speak directly with a representative.

   • This is the fastest way to request changes to an existing order.

2. Use the Online Chat Feature (Optional)

   • Prefer not to call? Use the chat icon in the lower-right corner of your screen.

   • A representative will assist you in real time.

3. Hours of Availability

   • Customer Service is available:

     🕓 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST
