How to Add a New Address in Your Riverside Insights Online Ordering Account
Follow these steps to add a new shipping or billing address to your online ordering account. Note: We cannot guarantee that residential addresses will be added to institutional accounts.

Log in, open the Addresses section, and submit a new shipping or billing address. We’ll process your request within two business days.
Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Go to the Riverside Insights Homepage.

Click Log In and enter your account credentials.
Step 2: Access the Address Book

From your dashboard, click Addresses.

The Address Book page will open.
Step 3: Add a New Address

Click Add New Address.

On the Address Change Requests page:

To add a Shipping Address, fill out the required fields under that section.

To add a Billing Address, click the Billing Address Change tab and complete the form.

Step 4: Submit and Wait for Confirmation

We will process your request within two business days.

You will receive an update once the new address is approved and added to your account.

Institutional Accounts: Residential addresses may not be accepted on institutional accounts.
