How to Add a New Address in Your Riverside Insights Online Ordering Account

Follow these steps to add a new shipping or billing address to your online ordering account. Note: We cannot guarantee that residential addresses will be added to institutional accounts.

Log in, open the Addresses section, and submit a new shipping or billing address. We’ll process your request within two business days.

 


Step 1: Log In to Your Account

  1. Go to the Riverside Insights Homepage.

  2. Click Log In and enter your account credentials.


Step 2: Access the Address Book

  1. From your dashboard, click Addresses.

  2. The Address Book page will open.


Step 3: Add a New Address

  1. Click Add New Address.

  2. On the Address Change Requests page:

    • To add a Shipping Address, fill out the required fields under that section.

    • To add a Billing Address, click the Billing Address Change tab and complete the form.


Step 4: Submit and Wait for Confirmation

  • We will process your request within two business days.

  • You will receive an update once the new address is approved and added to your account.


📝 Notes

  • Institutional Accounts: Residential addresses may not be accepted on institutional accounts.
