How long does it take for an order to be processed and shipped?

For our Group Administered Assessments such as CogAT or Iowa and our Individually Administered Assessments such as WJ-IV or BDI-3, it normally takes 1-3 business days to process your order, on average. This processing timeline can increase during busy ordering times of year. Shipping is done via UPS and can take 5-7 business days to arrive once your order has been processed.
