How to place an order:

How do I add a product to my cart?

Go to the Riverside Insights ecommerce website.
Open the product you want to purchase.
Select the desired product variant or SKU.
Set the quantity.
Select Add to cart.

If the product requires entitlement information

Select the Search contacts field for the primary contact.
Select a contact from the search results or dropdown list.
Select the Search contacts field for the secondary contact, if required.
Select a secondary contact.
If the contact is not listed, select Add it here to add a new contact.
Select Add to cart.

How do I review and manage my cart?

Select View cart.
To update entitlement contacts, select Update entitlement.
Update the product quantity as needed.
To remove one product, select its Remove product control.
Select Continue shopping to return to the product catalog.
Select Check out or Proceed to checkout to continue.

How do I apply a promo code?

Expand Enter Promo Code.
Enter the promo code.
Select Apply.
