Benchmark reports in easyCBM® show testing dates to help track when assessments occur. However, the date displayed can differ depending on the type of measure. This article explains how those dates are determined and why they matter.

Steps – How Benchmark Dates Are Displayed

1. Understand Date Behavior by Measure Type

   • Fluency Measures:
     These display the first date of the benchmark window set by the district, regardless of the actual test date.

   • Reading, Math, and Vocabulary Measures:
     These display the actual date when the test was taken.

2. Know the Limits

   • These dates are system-defined and cannot be changed manually by users or administrators.
