Steps to Resolve Zigzagging Percentile Lines

  1. Check the Benchmark Window Dates
    Log in as a District or School Administrator and review the benchmark date ranges.

  2. Look for Date Errors
    Confirm that dates are in the correct chronological order.
    Incorrect Example: 9/1/2020 to 9/15/2018
    Correct Example: 9/1/2020 to 9/15/2020

  3. Adjust as Needed
    Update the benchmark windows to reflect accurate start and end dates for each testing period.

  4. Review the Report Again
    Once dates are corrected, re-run the report to confirm that percentile lines now display correctly.
