What methods of payment are accepted?

Paying for an Existing Order

If you have already placed an order and you wish to discuss the settlement of your invoice, you can contact our Customer Service team directly at 800.323.9540 and select option 1 for our individually administered assessments such as WJV and BDI-3. For our group administered assessments such as CogAT and Iowa, you will select option 2 for Group, then select option 3. You will remit payments via purchase order(s), check(s) or money order(s) to the remittance address that appears on your Riverside Insights invoice.

Paying for a New Order on the Digital Storefront 

You can pay for your orders online with a qualifying purchasing account.
