How long does it take for an order to be processed and shipped?

It normally takes 1-3 business days to process your order, on average and can take 5-7 business days to arrive.

For our Group Administered Assessments such as CogAT or Iowa Assessments and our Individually Administered Assessments such as WJ-V or BDI-3, it normally takes 1-3 business days to process your order, on average. This processing timeline can increase during busy ordering times of year. Shipping is done via UPS and can take 5-7 business days to arrive once your order has been processed.
