About the Session:

The world of early childhood education has faced unique challenges in recent years, particularly in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Join us for a case study discussion about early childhood screening, with a specific focus on addressing the unique challenges brought about by the pandemic's impact on socialization, language development, and attention in young children. Participants will explore the challenges faced by educators in assessing young children's skills and needs, discover the power of the BDI-3 Screener as a tool for early childhood assessment, and gain valuable insights into interpreting assessment results and making data-driven decisions.

Instructor Credentials:

Beth Varner, MEd, NCSP - Beth is a School Psychologist and Licensed Educational Psychologist (CA, LEP #3925). She completed her school psychology training program at the University of Washington in Seattle and has worked as a school psychologist in Alaska, Washington, and California.
